Multicrafter

I touch fabric, pet yarn and fondle beads, sometimes inappropriately.

Christmas is over, the presents are unwrapped and the tree is put away. Finally no more Christmas music. Now just waiting for the New Year and then school starts. Again I will have peace in the house. I now know why animals eat their young. I really do love my kids but sometimes they drive me nuts.
I finished the poncho from the yarn Cordelia sent me it worked up great and my oldest daughter really loves the way it looks. I crocheted tops on dish towels for gifts and might make some for myself.
For Christmas my hubby got me a digital camera so i can post pics as soon as I figure out how.
The year is almost over and I must finish my filing and get everything ready for year end and get it all over to the CPA's. I hate tax time !
O.K. back to the hook, I am working on a shawl now.

Forgive Me Readers

Forgive me readers for I have I have not blogged in 19 days.
I have been busy and just plain to lazy to blog lately.
Between trucking, crocheting, and beading.
I was not feeling well for a while but I won't whine here. I don't like whining or whiners. So I won't.
The Christmas work is almost done. I have made 1 beaded orniment, and 7 pairs of topped dish towels.
This was after I finished an afghan and 16 pairs of slippers, and a poncho. I am now working on a shawl and another poncho with the yarn Cordi sent me. I did send a thank you e-mail to her hotmail, I hope she got it I would hate for her to think I was ungrateful. I really am grateful.
I have not been in the chat room much this month just because I didn't feel like going there.
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

Just to update.
I finished all the slippers and passed them out at our groups movie night. They were a big hit with the girls and the adults.
I am almost finished with the lonestar afghan, I have out it aside for a bit to finish the slippers and now working on a poncho for my youngest dd.
I took a comission for another doll to have finished in two weeks. I already got paid for it. WhoooHoooooo!!!
I love getting paid for my work.
I stopped by the bead wherehouse today I wish I could have stopped alone and spent more time there looking for what I wanted for me, I got my sis what she wanted. She needs to do more crafting.
Looking at the calendar I could be out every night this week, but I think I will stay home and crochet, I could always take it with me, lol.
